Welcome to CCommunity. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our app and services. By accessing or using CCommunity, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Who We Are

CCommunity is a support platform designed to help individuals connect, share experiences, and communicate securely through in-app messaging and calls.

CCommunity does not provide medical advice or professional healthcare services. Always consult a qualified medical professional for medical concerns.

2. Eligibility

By using CCommunity, you confirm that:

  • You will use the app only for lawful purposes.

  • You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

If you violate any of these conditions, your account may be suspended or terminated.

3. Community Guidelines & User Responsibilities

To maintain a respectful and supportive environment, you agree to:

  • Respect confidentiality: Do not share personal details of other users outside the app.

  • Engage respectfully: Avoid judgment, harassment, discrimination, or hate speech.

  • Share responsibly: Do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.

  • Protect privacy: Do not collect, store, or distribute personal data of others.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Privacy & Data Security

Your use of CCommunity is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you acknowledge and agree to the processing of your data by applicable laws, including:

  • GDPR (for EU users)

  • CCPA (for California residents)

  • HIPAA (for secure communication standards)

CCommunity implements security measures to protect user communications. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security due to the nature of online interactions.

5. Account Registration & Management

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

  • You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account.

  • CCommunity reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

CCommunity provides messaging and call services for support purposes. By using these features, you agree that:

  • Your conversations remain within the app and should not be shared externally.

  • CCommunity does not monitor conversations but may act if a violation of these Terms is reported.

  • You will not use the app for unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate communication.

7. Limitations of Liability

CCommunity is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for:

  • Any interruptions, errors, or security breaches beyond our control.

  • Any damages resulting from reliance on advice or information shared by users.

  • Any loss or unauthorized disclosure of information due to security risks inherent in online communication.

CCommunity is not a substitute for professional medical care. Do not disregard medical advice or delay seeking treatment based on content within the app.

8. User Content & Intellectual Property

  • Users retain ownership of their content but grant CCommunity a license to use it for app functionality.

  • You must not share copyrighted, illegal, or harmful content.

  • CCommunity retains all rights to its branding, logo, and software. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts without notice if:

  • There is a violation of these Terms.

  • There is a legal requirement to restrict access.

  • Your activity poses a security risk to other users.

Users may request account deletion at any time via Settings → Delete Account.

CCommunity may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to users. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
